Opened in December 2023 at Level 2 of Woodlands Civic Centre along South Woodlands Drive, this outlet marked Scarlett Supermarket's first foray into Singapore's north, bringing its popular Chinese grocery concept to the Woodlands community for the first time. The store has been warmly received by residents in the area, who had previously had to travel south to access Scarlett's distinctive range of Chinese-imported products. Shoppers can find an array of popular Chinese snack brands such as BESTORE (良品铺子), instant beverages starting from $0.50, Hai Chi Jia sour and spicy rice noodles at $1 per cup, ready-to-eat snacks, and a broad selection of frozen foods, sauces, and household essentials. Its location beside DBS and Starbucks at the civic centre adds to the convenience. Open daily from 9am to 11pm.
