Tampines Mall
Since opening in 1996, Tampines Mall at 4 Tampines Central 5 has remained one of Singapore’s busiest suburban shopping centres and a defining landmark of eastern Singapore. Developed during the growth of Tampines as a regional centre, the mall became an early example of large-scale suburban retail planning outside the city centre. For many residents in the east, the mall has been part of daily life for decades and continues to attract heavy visitor traffic.
The mall features a broad tenant mix including fashion brands, supermarkets, department stores, restaurants, beauty concepts, bookstores, and family services. Popular anchor tenants include FairPrice Finest, Popular Bookstore, and numerous international retailers and dining brands. Together with Century Square and Tampines 1, the mall forms one of Singapore’s largest suburban shopping clusters.
Tampines MRT Station (EW2/DT32) and the adjacent bus interchange provide seamless transport access across Singapore.
