Suntec City
Spanning a substantial portion of Singapore’s Marina Centre district, Suntec City at 3 Temasek Boulevard is one of the country’s largest integrated commercial developments and has remained a defining feature of the city skyline since opening in the 1990s. Built around the principles of traditional Chinese feng shui, the development is famously centred around the iconic Fountain of Wealth — once recognised as the world’s largest fountain and still one of Singapore’s best-known urban landmarks.
The massive complex combines convention facilities, office towers, retail space, and entertainment venues across multiple interconnected zones. Hundreds of retail stores occupy the shopping levels, ranging from international fashion brands and technology retailers to restaurants, supermarkets, and lifestyle concepts. The adjoining convention centre regularly hosts exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events that attract both local and international visitors. Nearby Marina Square, Millenia Walk, and Esplanade further strengthen the district’s position as one of Singapore’s major commercial and entertainment hubs.
Promenade MRT Station (CC4/DT15) and Esplanade MRT Station (CC3) provide direct rail access, while City Hall MRT Station (NS25/EW13) is also within walking distance through connected pedestrian routes.
