Shaw Plaza

Standing along Balestier Road at 360 Balestier Road, Shaw Plaza is one of Singapore’s more recognisable neighbourhood malls and carries a strong connection to the country’s cinema history through the longstanding presence of Shaw Theatres. Originally opened decades ago and refreshed through redevelopment works, the mall continues to serve residents and visitors within the Balestier and Novena corridor while maintaining its identity as a familiar entertainment destination.

The development features a cinema, supermarkets, restaurants, educational centres, retail stores, and neighbourhood services supporting both local residents and visitors from surrounding districts. Balestier itself is known for its rich food culture, heritage shophouses, and historical significance, with famous bak kut teh restaurants and traditional businesses located nearby.
