Parkway Parade

For more than four decades, Parkway Parade at 80 Marine Parade Road has been one of eastern Singapore’s defining retail landmarks. Opened in 1984 and developed as a major suburban shopping centre before the rise of many modern integrated malls, the seven-storey development became the commercial heart of Marine Parade and remains deeply woven into the identity of the East Coast community. Anchor tenants include FairPrice Finest, Cold Storage, Isetan, Popular Bookstore, and numerous family-focused businesses. The surrounding Katong and East Coast districts add heritage charm through shophouses, cafés, and famous local eateries. East Coast Park is also only a short distance away.

Marine Parade MRT Station (TE26) on the Thomson–East Coast Line now provides direct rail connectivity, complementing the area’s extensive bus network.
