Parc Point

Still taking shape at 300B Tengah Drive and 302 Tengah Park Avenue in Singapore's newest eco-town, Parc Point is Tengah's second neighbourhood centre — and its most ambitious retail development to date — opening progressively from Q1 2026. Spanning approximately 172,000 sq ft (16,000 sqm) across multiple levels, Parc Point sits beside Parc Residences @ Tengah, a completed BTO project of 1,044 units, and is designed to be far more than a conventional heartland mall: it is conceived as a wellness-integrated community hub that blurs the boundary between retail, nature, and healthy living in Singapore's greenest new town.

Anchored by NTUC FairPrice (Basement 1) and Gourmet Paradise food court (Level 2), the centre's over-40-unit tenant mix includes Ya Kun Kaya Toast, KOI Thé, Jian Bo Shui Kueh, Munchi Pancakes, Lao Jiang Superior Soup, The Original Vadai, Juz Bread, a polyclinic, enrichment centres, and beauty services — with additional tenants opening progressively throughout 2026. A 190-metre sheltered retail street connects Parc Point through to three adjoining residential blocks. The wellness trail — a network of stairways, elevated linkways, sky terraces, and a rooftop garden with a 225-metre running track at the adjoining MSCP — makes Parc Point the first neighbourhood centre in Singapore designed with an integrated active lifestyle circuit.

Parc Point is located within walking distance of the Tengah Bus Interchange, which connects to Jurong East and Bukit Batok. The Jurong Region Line, when operational, will provide direct MRT access to the Tengah town centre area.
