Standing prominently in the heart of Jurong Gateway, Jem at 50 Jurong Gateway Road is one of Singapore’s largest suburban shopping malls and a key landmark within the government’s vision for the Jurong regional centre. Opened in 2013 and developed by Lendlease, the mall was designed as a major integrated retail destination serving residents, office workers, and visitors across western Singapore. Its strategic location and extensive retail lineup have established it as one of the country’s most visited suburban malls.

Spanning multiple levels with over 240 stores, Jem offers fashion retailers, lifestyle brands, supermarkets, electronics stores, dining concepts, and family-focused services. Anchor tenants include FairPrice Xtra, Uniqlo, H&M, Don Don Donki, and numerous restaurants and cafés. The mall also integrates office spaces above the retail podium, creating strong weekday activity from nearby professionals. Together with neighbouring Westgate and IMM, Jem forms one of Singapore’s largest retail clusters outside Orchard Road.

Jurong East MRT Station (EW24/NS1), an interchange between the East-West and North-South Lines, is directly connected to the mall alongside the Jurong East Bus Interchange.
