Guoco Tower

Rising 290 metres above Tanjong Pagar to claim the title of Singapore's tallest building, Guoco Tower at 7 Wallich Street is a landmark five-in-one integrated development that fundamentally transformed the southern CBD when it opened in 2017. Designed by New York firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed by GuocoLand, the development comprises 38 floors of Grade A offices, the luxury Wallich Residence apartments, the 222-room Sofitel Singapore City Centre hotel, a six-level lifestyle retail and F&B podium, and the lushly landscaped 150,000 sq ft Tanjong Pagar City Park — all woven together into one of Singapore's most ambitious urban mixed-use projects and holder of the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award.

The retail podium across six floors delivers over 100,000 sq ft of food, beverage, and lifestyle space catering primarily to the large office and hotel population within the development and the broader Tanjong Pagar and Wallich Street professional community. Dining anchors span upscale restaurants, all-day cafés, Japanese concepts, a fitness centre, convenience stores, and specialty wellness and beauty services. The park level integrates outdoor dining with a green community space, offering a rare urban retreat steps from the CBD. Nearby 100 AM and Icon Village provide additional retail and dining options within easy walking distance.

Guoco Tower is built directly above Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15) on the East-West Line, with direct basement connectivity to the station platforms. The Shenton Way Bus Terminal is adjacent for onward bus connections across the city.
