Garden Vines @ Tengah

Rising as part of Singapore's ambitious Tengah new town development, Garden Vines @ Tengah at 240 Tengah Garden Walk is one of the first HDB residential precincts in the Tengah Forest Town — a groundbreaking eco-conscious new town in Singapore's western region being developed with car-free town centres, lush greenery corridors, and sustainable living at its core. The ground-floor commercial units at #01-02 provide early residents with essential daily conveniences including an NTUC FairPrice supermarket and a small selection of neighbourhood shops and eateries.

Tengah is designed around five distinct districts — Plantation, Garden, Brickland, Forest Hill, and Park — with Garden Vines situated in the Garden District, which will be centred around a linear park and community gardens. As the town matures, residents will benefit from a planned town centre, sports hub, and comprehensive retail development. The upcoming Tengah MRT stations along the Jurong Regional Line will significantly improve rail access when completed.
