Eastpoint Mall

Right beside Simei MRT Station on the eastern edge of Singapore, Eastpoint Mall at 3 Simei Street 6 has been part of the Simei community's everyday life since its opening in December 1996. Owned by NTUC Income and managed by Frasers Property, the eight-storey mall — comprising two basements and six retail levels — is one of the east's more distinctive suburban shopping centres, noted for its unusually strong concentration of enrichment and educational institutions and its long association with family-oriented retail in the Simei, Tampines, and Changi corridor.

The mall's revamped 2014 interior hosts around 180 to 194 stores across its levels, with a 24-hour NTUC FairPrice occupying Level 5, Daiso and Challenger anchoring Basement 1, and a Food Junction food court on Level 4. Family-friendly highlights include The Polliwogs children's indoor playground, My First Skool childcare centre on Level 6, a nautical-themed rooftop play area, Pet Lovers Centre, POSB Bank, Popular Bookstore, Starbucks, Toast Box, and BreadTalk. More than 30 food and beverage concepts span halal eateries and casual dining across multiple levels. A 24-hour Old Chang Kee, Breadtalk, and 7-Eleven in the adjoining MRT station extend the convenience offering around the clock.

Simei MRT Station (EW3) on the East-West Line is directly adjacent to the mall, with Expo MRT (CG1/DT35) one stop away. Bus services from Simei Station stop right outside, with the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Simei Avenue providing easy road access.
