Bugis+

Located at 201 Victoria St, #03-16/17 Bugis+, Singapore 188067 Bugis+ (pronounced Bugis Plus) is a bold 10-storey retail and entertainment mall at 201 Victoria Street in Singapore's vibrant Bugis district. Originally known as Iluma when it opened in 2009, the mall was acquired by CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust in 2011 and extensively revamped, reopening in 2012 as Bugis+ with a refreshed identity and tenant mix. Its striking "crystal mesh" LED facade, designed by award-winning firm WOHA, makes it one of Singapore's most visually distinctive mall exteriors.

With approximately 194,000 sq ft of net lettable area, Bugis+ focuses on youth lifestyle, entertainment, and F&B, drawing students and young adults from the surrounding Civic and Cultural District. Key tenants include Uniqlo, a FilmGarde cineplex, karaoke venues, gaming arcade Garena Stadium, and a broad selection of casual dining and bubble tea concepts. In June 2025, the Sidemen's SIDES fast-food concept opened its first international outlet here.

Bugis+ is directly connected to Bugis Junction via an overhead bridge on Level 2, giving shoppers seamless access to both malls and from there to Bugis MRT Station (EW12/DT14), an interchange for the East-West and Downtown Lines. Bugis Street, Sultan Mosque, and Arab Street are all within short walking distance.
