Anchorvale Village

Opened in May 2024, Anchorvale Village is Sengkang's newest neighbourhood shopping destination and the sixth of HDB's New Generation Neighbourhood Centres. Located at 339 Anchorvale Road opposite Farmway LRT Station, this four-storey mall serves the Anchorvale and Fernvale residential communities with a well-rounded mix of retail, dining, community amenities, and leisure facilities under one roof.

The mall's standout feature is its 650-seat hawker centre on Level 2, housing 36 food stalls — including three Michelin-recommended options such as Pin Wei Hong Kong Style Chee Cheong Fun and Original Simon Road Hokkien Mee. Beyond the hawker centre, there is an NTUC FairPrice supermarket, Guardian pharmacy, Daiso, Swee Choon dim sum, A&W, Burger King, Jollibee, Coffee Bean, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, a 24/7 gym, enrichment centres, and an outdoor rooftop playground on Level 4. Anchorvale Village is directly opposite Farmway LRT Station, two stops from Sengkang MRT Station (NE16) on the North-East Line. The nearby Sengkang Riverside Park and Sports Centre make it a natural gathering point for the whole community.
