Anchorpoint

Set on the site of a historic 1930s brewery along Alexandra Road in Queenstown, Anchorpoint is a distinctive boutique outlet mall with a charming urban village character. Owned by Frasers Property and opened in 1997, the two-level mall (with one basement level) is best known for being home to Singapore's highest concentration of factory outlet stores, offering branded fashion at marked-down prices year-round.

Shoppers can browse outlet stores from well-known names like Charles & Keith, Cotton On, Giordano, G2000, and Skechers, alongside a Cold Storage supermarket, Koufu food court, and about 40% of the mall's lettable space dedicated to diverse dining options. The standout feature is the Brewmaster House — a gazetted conservation building from the old Anchor Brewery, now repurposed as a restaurant known as the Copperdome, adding heritage character unique to this shopping mall in Singapore.

The mall sits opposite IKEA Alexandra along Alexandra Road and is within walking distance of Queenstown MRT Station (EW19) on the East-West Line. Bus services and a free shuttle bus on weekends further connect it to nearby offices in the Alexandra area.
